I was so relieved. [<em>I told ya&#8217; so.\u00a0 -pete<\/em>] I am not sure what the hold up was, or what the problem was. The pharmacist told me something about one of the medications I had only received a few and not the whole order the previous time, so he finished giving me the rest. That looks like what caused the mix up. Hopefully this won&#8217;t happen the next time I go in to refill the medications. Anyway, I am still not too clear on it, but it is in hand now and that is what is important.<\/p>\n<p>I felt pretty well today, and enjoyed walking with one of my dog clients (Bert!) and a friend, so it is always very pleasant. It was terribly windy, but it is still good to get out into the sun for a bit. We live in such a beautiful place. I am thankful to live in such a place and I thank God for the wonderful friends I have.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow is my second cycle of chemotherapy (Adriamycin &amp; Cytoxan), and now that I have my anti-nausea medicine, I am ready to do battle!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I returned to the pharmacy and the medication (Emend) was there this time.
