We had a most wonderful visit, and I was actually feeling really good. We went to lunch and chatted and came back to the house and chatted more. I was so happy to reconnect with her. We have made ourselves too busy in life to really pay attention to one of the most important things, that is: spending time with extended family. But then our excuse has often been distance and\/or life, although sometimes those things can not be helped.<\/p>\n<p>Today, we got to spend time with a missionary friend from Hong Kong we met years ago at another church. She came to Los Osos Christian Fellowship and then we went to lunch together at the bakery on the Embarcadero in Morro Bay. We had a lovely visit. Then another friend who lives in Fresno was here visiting for overnight and she was at the same bakery for lunch with her girl friends. We have been blessed in these two days with a reunion with family and friends. I needed that.<\/p>\n<p>I have been isolated somewhat in my life a little bit which is ok with me right now because of this particular season, but now I am ready to do a little socializing, and it just fell into place.
