I haven’t talked about my hair for a while. It seems to get thicker everyday, and it is a different color everyday too. It is hard to describe, but it just appears different everyday. The color is sort of salt and pepper with brown and silver. Some days it appears more silver, and other days, with more brown. It isn’t the dark brown like in my youth, but more of a taupe. My hair is soft like wool or baby’s hair. It is straight for the time being and strong. I don’t even use a brush yet. It doesn’t lend itself to styling. It is still too short to tell if it will say straight, or become curly.

I am starting to actually have some bad hair days. My hair now gets the “hat hair” effect when I use my cap or a hat. I have to use water to correct the hairs sticking out all over. I suppose that the day will come when I am going to need a trim to at least shape it. Right now it isn’t long enough to do anything with it. A brush doesn’t do much at this point.

The days are getting cooler with a bit of rain today, so I needed to wear one of my caps for warmth. My head gets cold when the weather is cold since there isn’t enough hair to be warm.

I do hope I get some curl back. With how thick it is, it might be a challenge to style my hair. It will be interesting regardless of the outcome.
