My twin sister and her husband are visiting this weekend, and we are having a very nice time. I finally had a day (yesterday) which I was mostly nausea free. Yeah!!!! We even went to town and went to a movie and out to dinner at on of my favorites places and I was doing really well. I am so thankful for days when I feel good.

It is clear this morning, so I hope we can get a good walk in and enjoy the outdoors. It was a little too windy yesterday to walk. Although I will do it when I have a dog I need to walk. They are the motivators for me I suppose.

I look forward to a better week, and maybe I will even feel up to finishing my ground cover planting sometime later this week. I will definitely do something outdoors today with my family this afternoon. I will be a good day.
