I did manage to go to church on Sunday, and it was a short service today. When I got home I was exhausted again. Doesn’t seem to take much. I laid around all day with a book and dozed off and on. I pretty much did nothing else. It was a warm day here in Los Osos too. I did go out on the deck once with my book, but it was much too hot, so I had to come in.

There was an event in the evening, but I had absolutely no energy what so ever. It is like life is passing me by, and I can’t do anything about it, but rest. I am sure I will gradually get there. I suspect that I overdid it on Saturday and was still feeling the effects.
